warm in the winter, but try standing when on slippery surfaces

Love the feel of the boot on my feet. However with in one year, I have a 2" tear on my right side outer side of the boot. with this being my 2nd pair, I still can not stand when walking on slippery surfaces. While hunting, this is not a good walking boot.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: They’re big. And very comfortable. But big, so if you’re driving a full sized pickup truck they’d be fine but in a small car with clutch brake and gas pedals close together, they’re quite bulky.

Q: Made specifically for Canadian Tire. Why not sell replacement liners for these boots? This is irresponsible. Throw them out and buy new ones. I just need liners.This is CTC's choice. I contacted Kamik and they supply liners for their other boots.????????

A: i provided a truthful and accurate answer but it was refused? maybe i should shop elsewhere if canadian tire is not comfortable with their customers knowing the truth? replacement liners are not available at canadian tire so you will have to find them elsewhere. "Universal" liners are made that will fit into most boots. canadian tire will not let me suggest where you can find the liners but they exist. some last much longer than the original liners.

Q: Can they be warn without the liner in warmer months?

A: Yes they can however the boot will fit much larger without the liner. For example, with the liner in I can just fit a finger behind my heel, without the liner in I can fit my whole fist behind my heel.

A: The weight of insulation in grams usually refers to 3M Thinsulate insulation (or similar). The Mammoth uses a 15mm felt & foam layered removable liner and an 11mm felt removeable insole.
