Flawed Design on Base Poles and Feet

The base poles and bottom foot bar have a slide and click in feature. Every bar slides into a bracket that attaches the poles to the base bars that make up the circle. Unfortunately once assembled the holes on the brackets that take the bolt are unaligned. If aligning the bracket for bolt then the poles don’t click into the bottom foot. I called the helpline includes with product and they also were perplexed and advised I return it. I returned the first purchase thinking it was a one off, the store ordered me another from the warehouse and same thing with the second. It appears to be a design flaw in where the holes are drilled in the bottom poles, off by about 3mm.

Great trampoline—just not pup-proof!

We’ve had this trampoline for almost 5 years, and overall it’s been mostly excellent—the kids loved it, it held up well through all seasons, and it gave us countless hours of fun.
That said, it’s definitely not designed for large-breed dogs flinging themselves at the safety net. The poles bent over time, and once the mat got chewed on, the exposed connections caused springs to come undone. At that point, replacement was the only option.
For regular family use, it’s solid. For dog-proofing? Not so much.

A: I bought one 7 or 8 years ago, I never bothered to take it apart in the winter, the cage netting lasted maybe 4 years until I just took it all off, then last summer my kids were jumping on it and it ripped right thru the middle, luckily no one was hurt. I think it was excellent value for the money however, 4 growing boys, even if I got 2 or 3 years I would have been happy. I am going to buy a new today, maybe I'll take it apart in winter so I can get a few extra years this time around.

A: I buried the legs about 6 inches which makes the whole thing very stable and a lot easier for the kids to get in and out of.

A: Does not say on it that I can find, kind of disappointed with it as it has already started falling apart, one of the metal safety net support poles fell off and a spring loop ripped off of the canvas

Q: Anyone else have the ‘replacement’ spring assembly tool break on them before assembly was completed? The plastic on mine literally broke in half and I haven’t even gotten the safety net attached to the trampoline yet.
