J'ai acheté le produit d'occasion sur le site de JBL il y a quelques semaines, son et qualité niquel. Chargement rapide et autonomie top, de même que la fonctionnalité pour entendre le son environnant. Niveau confort le casque me fait mal aux oreilles assez rapidement, au bout d'un peu plus d'une heure.

I bought the on ear headphones to have a change every now and then from the in ear buds I primarily use during my workouts. The JBLs sound and fit great and with the customization feature I have received compliments on the look.

Adequate, but could be improved

These headphones are hardy, fit well, and work. The audio leaves a bit to be desired, it can come off a bit tinny at times. As a headset for calls it's not that great at all, and I've got nothing but complaints from the listeners on the other end of the line. I've had to resort to switching to wired headphones during calls, and that's just plain inconvenient. Good for what I paid, but could be better.

Le bluetooth se déconnecte tout seul

J'ai acheté ce casque bluetooth au cours de l'été dernier. Mais, depuis que je possède ce casque, le bluetooth se déconnecte seul. C'est régulier et, à la fin, c'est irritant ! Je suis très déçu.

Q: Are these noise cancelling?

A: Hello, I think the previous answer may be a bit misleading, as these DO have a noise cancellation feature. I have these headphones (JBL 400BT) and they DO have a noise cancelling - there are two different "background noise" / "white noise" sound settings (one sounds a bit like ocean waves, the other like static). The button to control this is on the front right headphone ear, at the front. Works relatively well (But not as well as true noise cancelling).

Q: Does the cord have a mic? And if my daughter connects the Aux cord to her chromebook will she be able to speak? (she can't connect to her school laptop with bluetooth, so I want to make sure if she plugs these in she will be able to hear and speak)?

Q: My headphones power themselves back on after turning them off. I have tried the recommended resets but it does not fix this problem. They only stay off while being charged. Please help!

A: I have the same problem. Used with Blue Tooth. The headphones only stay off when charging. I have looked at the instruction sheet but have found nothing about it. Factory reset didn't correct it.

A: Our JBL Live 400BT uses a Micro-USB cable for charging. The cable of the iPhone is not compatible with the charging port of the Live 400BT.
