A: having issues with mine, continues to say bag is full error, i have now replaced 2 brand new bags and still get the error, have had nothing but issues with this unit, so far its over priced garbage!!!!!!!!!!

Just bought this exact model, made him do the mapping, and he busted up my floor with the plastic brush. Now there is dark scratches everywhere on my floor. Tried to make it clean once the mapping done, he missed a lot of spot (even though the app showed that the mapping was done and it made sense) or just completely pass over easy to suck in material like dirt/hair/crumbs. Very disappointing for this price vs quality product.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I love it - except needed repair

I love it except that I had to send it back for a repair after a month. the mop arm broke off. However, customer service is very good to work with and you actually get to speak with a human being. Easy to ship back.
