5 years agoA: Hello Helen - Yes the iRobot Roomba 675 is equipped with "Cliff Sensors" on the bottom of the unit that can detect and avoid drop offs like stairs.

Q: Can I carry a roomba 675 to a different level of the house to vacuum there? I have a split level house so 4 different levels. Does this “confuse” the roomba or will it randomly vacuum any different shaped room it encounters?
5 years agoA: Hello Cgrit - Rooma 675 will vacuum any different room you place it in. It has a runtime of 90 mins before returning to base to recharge. If the home base is on a different floor you will have to carry it back to it's home base for charging.

6 years agoA: Hello - Yes Roomba 675 is able to sense and avoid stairs and other drop-offs. It is built to suction dirt, dust, and hair from hard floors and carpet, thus making it very suitable for bedroom carpeting.

6 years agoA: The major difference between these Robots is that iRobot® Roomba® 675 is a Wi-Fi® Connected Robot Vacuum and the Roomba® 615 is not. Being Wi-Fi® Connected allows you to connect and schedule from anywhere. Use Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands to control cleaning. Use the iRobot HOME App to schedule & monitor cleaning sessions.

6 years agoA: Hi Ryan...while all Roomba's will vacuum pet hair and keep your floors cleaner, iRobot's Roomba models with AeroForce dual rubber brushes are virtually maintenance free and even better than the 600 series Roombas with bristle brushes for pet hair. Those models also have 5x more suction than the 600 series. The applicable models are the Roomba 800, e, i and s series models.
