bought this mainly to use as a slow cooker but it takes longer to cook than it says in the guide/recipes. i had to use the sear option to finish cooking a roast since it was taking longer to cook than it should have.

We bought this and my wife made chicken soup with a freshly cooked roast chicken. The pot had a good amount of water and the chicken fat was floating and very evident in the pot but the chicken stuck to the non stick surface like putty. It was very hard to get off and some spots never seemed to clear. The non stick coating also started to come off in little patches after less than a dozen uses.
