Clean Install and Minalmist

a month ago

Really like having the air pressure actuated switch button right there at the sink. Usually hands are wet while washing and rinsing. Nice not to have wet hands dripping across the countertop and on a wall switch to turn on. Operates "Press On" and "Press Off". Would like if end user could configure for "Momentary On, having disposer stay on only while pressing down button.

Works Well except

7 months ago

I have had this product installed for over 7 years now and works well. I thought it was broken last week when there wasn't any power, but the air tube had fallen off when a new faucet was installed. The power button on the counter sticks from time to time, so needs cleaning. The chrome ring on the counter has come loose and looking to replace just that part. Over all, this product works as promised and is much more elegant than the typical switch on the wall.

Defective Product

Purchased product during a kitchen remodel less than 2 years ago and the product has stopped working twice. The replacement sent to me was on December 23, 2024, and it has stopped working again and it's only January 22, 2025, one month. The only good thing to say is the product was replaced without cost to me.
