Q: is this available for 1/2" to 1/4" and 1/4" to 1/8"?

A: Unfortunately the smallest we manufacturer is ½” x ½” x ½” pipe tees, however, if you are looking for another option that might work for your purpose you can try 024-5150-6 a Universal Vacuum Pipe Tee in the Automotive Dept. It maybe not be used for potable (drinking water) but if you are using it for other purposes it might help in your solution. The barred connections can be cut to fit 1/8, 1/4 and 3/8” hoses.
