    They don't glow like you would expect

    I blew up the balloons, they lit up only sometimes.

    It's been a week, and these balloons are still inflated and STILL LIT UP. A week later, even though it only says up to 15 hours. The directions were a little intimidating and could be explained better, but they are actually very simple. Cool little product.
