Not happy with the pump
I bought this pool last year as a replacement for my intex pool. I was very happy with that pool and pump. This pump is pathetic, barely makes bubbles. The other pump I had was amazing and worked great. I took this pump back to Canadian Tire and they replaced it but the new one does the same thing. My old pump shot half way across the pool. Next year I'm going back to the other company.

Best Pool Ever
If your looking for a great pool I recommend this one I have had this pool going into 3 summers my kids love it the range from 19 to 8 and we love it instead of paying a tone of money trying to get to a overcrowded pool take this one home with just make sure to buy a solar blanket so it heats well this pool is very easy to maintain and if you vacuum and change the your chlorine tabs you can use the water all summer also in the fall drain it and dry it pack it up in your garage and next year you back to a brand new pool I love it ..

We LOVE This Pool!
We purchased this pool last year and have never had a problem with it. It is large enough for us plus lots and lots of pool toys/floats.
We swim in it all summer and store it for the winter.
We've set it up this year and have already been in it.
This is one of the best buys we have ever made for our family fun!
Thanks Canadian Tire! :)

Q: Can you use salt water in this pool

A: No-
You cannot use a salt system on a steel pool as it will cause it to rust. You pust purcahse a resin or resin coated pool for that.

Q: What kind of salt system can you use with this pool as the Intex Salt System has different size fittings and we can't find one to fit?
3 Answers
A: Intex has adapters that fit the salt water system. I ordered them and then bought the system, only to find that there were adapters in the box with salt water system. you do not need to cut anything to adapt it to the smaller size hoses. The fittings can be viewed on the intex website. www.intexcorp.com

Q: Is leaking normal?
We started filling the pool and the water got to the lower filter and started leaking from around the filter? We put the gasket in and everything is tightened but it's still leaking. Is there anything else I can do to make it stop?

A: we are having issues too and had this pool 3 yrs. started last summer. we have leak around drain and tried glues and patch. we dont know what else to do. (sorry i posted this in the 18 ft pool questions first but this is the real size) . anyway, we left message for customer care and will see what happens. A pool shoppe person said we may need to replace the whole drain and that this is not normal . I realize nothing lasts forever but this is not some pocket change item. This cost 400 dollars and should not fall apart.

Q: What Is The Depth Of The Pool
2 Answers
A: These ones are 4 feet deep but you can fill them a bit less than that as the in/out valves are low enough that you have some leeway. Call the company up for more info:

Q: Because our children are under 48" tall can this pool be filled to 36-40" and still be safe to swim?
2 Answers
A: The first year we had our pool we only filled it to 40" and we had no problems. I think it depends on the pool you have and where the in/out valves are situated. We can do it with ours but call the company up though just to make sure you can do that with your model. 1-866-903-3986

Q: Can this pool stay filled and stay up all year or does it have to be drained and taken down?
2 Answers
A: I've left mine up for the past three winters, without even draining it and it still looks like new! And the temp goes down to -35 here!! In the fall, I put the plugs in the intake and outtake holes, disconnected and drained the pump and kept it in the house over the winter. The metal on the posts is just starting to rust, so I will touch them up with rust paint.
