Its plywood base with carpeted top protects your floors and furniture. Four polypropylene swivel casters allow smooth 360-degree maneuverability. A handle opening on the edge allows easy lifting and carrying.

3 stars because I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that I got a lemon. When I took it home I decided to test it out by standing on it. I'm 160 lbs so this being rated for 300 kg it should be able to support 4 of me. Well it couldn't. I could hear micro snaps when I put my weight on it and continued to stand on it because I was in disbelief. After a few seconds and me shifting my weight, the plywood snapped in half. Needless to say I was very disappointed and took it back. Canadian tire (south Edmonton Common) only allowed me to exchange. The replacement so far seems sturdier so fingers crossed the structural flaw of the first one was just a one-off.
