Works great when the batteries work

I like these gloves a lot, but one of the battery packs has stopped charging. These mitts are just big enough for my hands. They fit more like a Large than an X-Large. I bought the gloves a few months ago, and noticed that one battery pack always dies faster than the other. I can wear them twice for an hour walk before having to charge them. It doesn’t matter which wall plug I use, they charge very slowly. I just charged them, and one of the batteries is still at one bar after 16 hours, while the other is at 4 bars - it’s clearly defective. I’ve tried to find the product support information for the gloves, but have no idea how to get in touch with Huntshield for a replacement.
