Unknown Mechanical Issue, Otherwise A Worthwhile Product

I bought two Hunter Casual Reversible fan, installed it same day. One of the fan works greatly and meets expectation. However, the other fan has a mechanical issue that has not be detected by my husband and the electrician who fixed both fans after different attempts to know the error. The low speed of the fan does not function at low, only the highest speed which rotates too fast as if will fall to the ground. Because it was bought new, I am unhappy to throw it away.

No Remote

The description said a remote was included. I did not get a remote with my unit. Very disappointing. I bought this for a 20' ceiling. Unless I turn into stretch armstrong I dont see anyway to adjust anything or turn the light on and off. I have reached out to the manufacturer but have yet to hear back. Fingers crossed my arms start growing again.

However, it was bundled with a remote to add the convenience of operating the fan with a remote instead of the pull chains. It's ok.

Bought this fan recently and just set it up. The high speed is great but medium and low are very slow. Also the chain pull for the fan speed doesn't pull easily.
No, I do not recommend this product.
