Rod down the Hole!

Be careful with this rod holder as the shallow angle allows the rod to be pulled out fairly easily. Even with the drag lightly set, a fish was able to pull the rod out of the holder and down the hole. There is no catch on this holder to prevent the rod from being pulled out unfortunately so proceed with caution.

Nearly lost my rod down the hole with my drag set as light as possible on the first fish. Put a pod in one and pull down on the tip and see how little it takes to tip it over. The bucket rod holders are way, way better (as long as you have weight in the bucket)
