Light and sturdy. Bought two sets.

They are good quality and are a mush when travelling winter trails. Luckily have not had to use them but they are with us. I liked the quality and ended up buying two sets.

Ice Safety Picks not safe

These ice picks had a very noxious smell. The packaging even said that they were made of cancer causing materials. I will not use them.

Q: Do they attach somehow so you can wear around your neck securely or do they dangle?

A: HI The best way is to place them thru your sleeves. The same way you probably wore your mittens when you were little. That way they are always there and less change of a choking hazard. I display these when I teach hunter safety courses.
