The battery for this is really awful
Have had a lot of trouble with holding a charge . Now it will not charge at all
Hoover was one of my go to products. Not anymore

More than I bargained for!

I have had it for 3 years and love it, but I had not used it much until recently. It's powerful and light weight. It's great for quick pickups, and I recently discovered it can take on my whole house!

Don't waste your money

Unit has very weak suction. Unit repeatedly shuts itself off while still lots of available battery charge. Hoover chatbot no help.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is the filter washable? How often does the filter need to be replaced?

A: Those are great questions. Rinse the filter under warm water until the water is clear. Allow the filter to dry for 24 hours before reinserting. Possibly every 6 months depending on how the filter looks when cleaning it. Warm Regards-The Hoover Team.

Q: I've had several stick vacuums with which the hair got stuck on the brush and was very difficult to remove + they spat dust behind and once plugged into their base. Does the problem still exist with this model?
