I have bought 3 windtunnel vacuum in 10 years.i used one for a cleaning business...which was good but it not designed for that.Now I got one in November the belt lasted one week.All three units have the same situation...the BELTS DONT LAST.

Worked good til it broke

I purchased this vacuum in 2019 and it worked great until this wk when it just stopped turning on. It kind of sparked when it turned on but I’ve run thru all the troubleshooting and cleaned every filter and nothing is working to fix it. I’ve called 3x and no one is there to trouble shoot or help.

Good sweeper but Hoover chose to omit feature

I was disappointed that the pedal to disengage the brushroll while using the hand held attachments was not on this sweeper but was clearly shown on the owners manual. That's why I purchased it.

Bad vacume

I purchased this vacuumed a year ago it worked great for about 6 uses. Then it lost its suction power very disappointed in this vacuum I usually love hoover only one I trusted but I would not purchase it again

Changed motor to 10amp instead of 12

Just unboxed and figured out they have switched this model from 12amp to 10amp mid production. Not cool. I bought this particular model solely based off amperage because my 10 year old model (exact same) is/was 12 amp and lasted 10 years so figured I’d stay the same.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: I had the same problem with the cord not rewinding. It took me a while to figure out that I had to step on the small grey pedal on the right side and hold it down. Then the cord rewinds!

A: I bought this vacuum today because HR Ninja said you could disable the roller brush when necessary but I cannot find how to do this. The roller brush is always on.

Q: I have a Hoover Elite Pet Upright that I bought in January and it is overheating. We have changed the hepa filter and that did not fix the problem. There is nothing stuck anywhere. What is the problem?

Q: Does this vacuum have an on and off for the beater roller? I suggest this gets added to the features listed for vacuums by the way. After talking to friends this seems too be something other people had a problem with. This would cut down on returns!

A: The reply from HooverCanada said that the brushroll has an on/off feature. This is the only reason I purchased this vacuum today as I want to protect our new hardwood floors. I cannot find any way to turn the brushroll off.

A: Non, c'est sans sac. Elle fonctionne très bien sur les tapis et planchers si on ajuste correctement la hauteur en conséquence. J'ai trois chats et les poils sont bien extraits des tapis... Le point faible, et c'est comme ça pour ce genre d'aspirateur peu importe la marque, c'est que l'utilisation du tuyau uniquement perd beaucoup de pouvoir aspirant, environ 40%. Donc j'utilise un autre aspirateur pour les recoins et la voiture....
