Fails to heat after two weeks of use

The features of this unit are very good. Used this heater in my trailer. Bought this a couple years ago, but Sadly after using it for approximately two weeks, the heater stopped heating.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: In the event of a power outage, wil this heater turn back on automtically and retain the previous thermostat setting? Or is there another model you can recommend that will do this?

Q: Does the Honeywell Energy Smart Cool Touch Heater turn off when it reaches the right temperature and turn on again if the room drops below the desired temp?

A: A.) Thank you for this inquiry. This Honeywell heater is equipped with EnergySmart™ Mode - A smart thermostat that helps you save energy. Press SET to choose four (4) comfort settings of 65°F (18°C), 70°F (21°C), 75°F (24°C), 80°F (27°C). This is your desired room temperature. The EnergySmart® thermostat will automatically select the appropriate power level to best accommodate your Desired Temperature. As the air temperature (Current Temp) in the room approaches the Desired Temperature, the heater will automatically lower the power consumption to provide consistent warmth without wasting energy.
