Buttons get wet then stop working

While it works, this is decent - easy to install and good volume. But moisture keeps getting inside the button and it stops working, so you need to keep taking it down, opening battery compartment, and letting it dry out before it works again. It is supposed to be water-resistant, but really isn't, which is a huge problem for something that is supposed to be used outside.

The push button is weather-resistant, not fully waterproof, meaning it's designed to handle rain and splashes but shouldn't be submerged or constantly exposed to heavy water. A: We used double-sized stcky-tape and stuck it to our mailbox by the door and it stuck fine. There wasnt any room for us to put it anywhere else. You can also use the screws and mount that come with the kit. I dont recall for sure but I belive the sticky tape stuff came in the kit as well.

A: The doorbell comes with three doorbell sounds the first is an ordinary sound --- ding dong--- the second is an imitation of Big Ben the clock in London UK and the third is the imitation of some one playing the saxophone.
