failed motor

purchased this product for my dad Oct 2025.. it has not lasted 2 months.. will be taking it back to Canadian tire to swap for a new one.. hopefully lasts longer than a 7 weeks

The machine works fine just it doesn’t provide any benefit. Your feet will feel the exact same before, during and after use. Waste of money

Great for those who don’t want to use water baths

It’s great for what it’s supposed to do, but it’s not perfect. Our 2 complaints are that the “hood” where you insert your foot is small and was very hard for my husband to squeeze his foot into; also the shiatsu rollers don’t cover the whole foot. My husband has bad pain in his heels, but the massage doesn’t reach there.
