Wing nuts are handy for projects needing changes and moving

Wing nuts are really handy for something that you have to install and hold in place and then take apart or slightly dismantle and move and then do it all over again. Saves the trouble of making sure you have the right size wrench or socket. Not the right thing if you are building and it isn't going to be taken apart or changed around. I used them to build a gantry hoist and used them on the connectors and supports so that I can take it apart, easily move it and put it back together. Also can change the width or height so these are great timesavers when doing something that does need to be dismantled and moved. Always handy to have a bunch of them, buy them in a bigger pack and then put them in a parts bin for easy access and toss some in your tool box.
