What, you couldn't go any cheaper on the packaging?

When purchased, it was one of 3 remaining options. Al packages were cracked open and spilling. At this point, why not package with wax paper? Screws definately worked for their purpose, but I'm sure I didn't get the quantity as advertised on the box because of the cracked and shredded container.
