Griddle works well. It is a no stick surface and is easy to clean up.
The griddle has started to warp due to the heat it is exposed to. But it still functions.
So I give it a 4 starts and I’m pleased with its performance.

J’ai acheté cette plaque une première fois il y a 2 mois pour cuire ou réchauffer divers produits au four (pizza, rouleaux de printemps, frites…) Il fonctionne tellement bien que j’ai acheté une 2 eme plaque la semaine dernière.

Great blend of light weight and performance

Limited use so far but looking good. It’s lighter weight vs cast iron is a key factor. We have a cast iron equivalent but it gets virtually no use because of weight. We are very satisfied with other Heritage The Rock products and expect the same from this.

A: It will rest flat at first but after a couple of uses will warp and twist considerably. Then it's no good for any stove top or BBQ. Returned mine. Read all the negative reviews.

A: Yes, I've used the griddle both on glass stove top and the bbq. Due to the lightweight material, it moves around a bit when turning things over on it, but otherwise good.

A: Reversible Griddle can be used on any type of stovetop, however if using on a glass stovetop you cannot slide the grill on the stovetop.
