Q: My Heritage The Rock 31.7 cm frying pan has warped and is no longer suitable for stove top use. The product information states that it will not warp. I wish to have a replacement however I do not have a receipt. Please send instruction on how to do this.

A: Good day, Further to your email, the PTFE used in the fabrication of most non-stick coatings are chemically inert. The PTFE is a tender deformable material and is semi crystalline, opaque, white and alimentary. Pure PTFE is FDA (Food and Drug Administration) conforming. A: This cookware is oven safe up to 350 °F / 176 °C. Always use gloves or oven mitts when using as the handle may become hot.
