I have a larger frying pan like this and really like the way it cooks and how sturdy it is. The non stick surface has not peeled. I bought the smaller one to replace AN OLD TEFLON ONE.

A: G Good day, Rock coating contains no PFOA, PFAS, lead, cadmium, or nickel and is approved by the FDA and is completely safe. Food is not exposed to aluminum. However, bringing water to a boil on The ideal temperature to cook with The Rock coating is low to medium setting, as it is designed to cook evenly and contain the heat throughout.

Q: What is the difference between the copper coloured, black, and grey Heritage pans? The grey pans say theyare 100 percent chemical free and have no lead or cadium. Does that mean the copper coloured and black pans do?
