Stopped Heating After One Use

I used this griddle only once for about 20 minutes on the first day, following the manual instructions and setting the heat level to 250°C. The next day, when I plugged it in, it stopped heating and the power indicator light didn’t turn on. It completely stopped working. I’m really disappointed with the quality it didn’t perform as expected at all.

A: I purchased the electric frying pan and after fewer than 12 uses the plug quit. I had no receipt and figured it was a one off. I purchased another for myself, one for the seniors center and one for a kitchen that feeds the homeless. Today after 10 uses it quit. Again the plug no longer works and again I forgot to keep receipt. I love the size, shape and durability of the pan hate throwing away my money. Will have to find another company

A: This was purchased as a gift, so I haven't used it. I do believe it is a good 2-3 inches deep.

Q: Can you deep fry in this (example, deep fried chicken)? Or will the non stick coating get ruined in the hot oil or otherwise release harmful chemicals?

A: Good day, To clean it, never use metal scouring pads to clean the non-stick surfac and never put cold water into a hot utensil. Let cookware cool down on its own or place in lukewarm soapy water. It is dishwasher safe however, take note that the shine of the coating may become dull and discolored due to the action of certaindetergents. Our warranty does not cover this type of wear, as the performance of the cookware is not affected. Thank you

A: Good day, Is your product brand new? If so, the smell should go away after a couple of uses. If not, perhaps you could try a soaked cloth with soapy water wraped around them for 20-30 minutes.
