Great pan if you can get a sale price.

We use various sizes of this brand as our go to fry pans. They are heavier than most non-stick pans and that is the reason. The coating doesn’t last much longer than any well made non-stick pan but I love the even heat of a heavier pan. They are a higher price point but are a great grab when on sale. Usually a couple of times per year.

Q: I see this does not contain pfas or pfoas, but DOES IT CONTAIN PTFES?

A: Good Day, The PTFE is a tender deformable material and is semi crystalline, opaque, white and alimentary. Pure PTFE is FDA (Food and Drug Administration) conforming. The Rock coating contains no PFOA, PFAS, lead, cadmium, or nickel and is approved by the Health Canada regulations and is completely safe but does contain PTFE.
