Weak performance

The handles are very weak. After first use, the spring on one handle came loose somehow and won't latch properly onto the pots or lids. If the other one goes, then the set becomes useless. I contacted the email on the paperwork, but to date, I have not heard back. Also, the non-stick is supposed to be Rock diamond. I expected it to be like the other iRock cookware I had bought previously, but while this 'diamond' coating may resist metal tools, it doesn't perform really well as a non-stick.

A great innovation for small spaces. The pots are excellent quality and I always like see-through lids. The handle innovation is a neat idea. It works very well; quick, simple, easy to detach and re-attach.

Q: Is there a warranty for this set? Purchased less than a year ago, and within a week, the coating from one pot came off. Now, the coating came of almost all of them.

A: Instead of Canadian Tire answering the question as they SHOULD, they forward it onto another customer to answer. Warranty or not - If I were you I would return to Canadian Tire and demand a refund.

Q: Would like to see the picture of the bottom underneath these pots and pan?? The reason, they are not a smooth surface like the other pots I bought they all scratched my new cooktop stove, when moving those pots on the stove.
