Got this as an early Xmas gift. I couldn’t be more thrilled! I have owned several over the years and the same problem persists. Uneven heat distribution. Finally this is not a problem anymore! This is such a beautiful, quality addition to my kitchen. I’ll certainly being getting them for my kids homes also. Top shelf equipment from my top shelf family.

A: Our unit stinks like chemical. had the kitchen window open all day to get the smell out from putting the pans and grill through the dishwasher before using it. It will get returned

A: Good day, The instructions indicate do not use this appliance for anything other than its intended use. Also, the temperature rangers from 176 degrees F up to 450 degrees F.
