The Hamilton Beach White Top Load Water Cooler/Dispenser allows you to enjoy fresh hot or cold water instantly in your home or office. This water cooler lets you enjoy the convenience of water at just the right temperature whenever you want it. Near-boiling water is great for coffee and tea as well as soups while the icy cold water can refresh you whenever you're thirsty. The spill tray is removable and dishwasher-safe and the dispenser accepts all standard 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottles.

Leaked after 5 months

Bought this Jan 2024 and it leaked all over my floor in June 2024. I mopped it up and checked for the leak. It was coming from the top area where the metal reservoir meets the plastic top. There is a silicone seal that seals between the plastic and metal. It must have moved and didn’t sit right after replacing a bottle. I didn’t notice the leak until morning which made quite a mess of the floor since it seeped under the vinyl and had to be removed to dry properly.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Can you adjust the cold water temperature?

A: Re temp adjustments - Maybe check for the water cooler schematics - on oasis coolers there’s a way to adjust the temp with a screw driver - its on the back of the cooler - schematic info for your cooler model might show how to do it for your cooler.

A: We have this unit and it doesn’t make any noise. We did find that if there isn’t a good solid water jug on top, it will leak if the unit or jug is jostled or moved.

A: Our Contigo 24 oz. bottles fit in. The space from the bottom of the spout to the top of the drip tray is 9"; removing the drip tray adds 1 3/4".

Q: Is the hot water really 98-degrees / close to boiling? How much hot water can it dispense / how long does it take to reheat? I'd like this to use for a water/ tea bar for 20-30 ppl (half drink coffee so not all need hot water for tea).

A: It's very close to boiling, exact temp ? I use for tea and hot chocolate, it dispenses appx 4 cups at a time and takes about 5 min.to reheat It does the job
