Price was right but wouldn't buy again. Cord is too short and the kettle is very noisy when boiling water. Sounds like a freight train.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product as it is easy to use and handle. I love the clear glass kettle and the sleek appeal that it has. It is extremely easy to use and heats up very quickly. I was concerned about how easy it would be to clean and I was very impressed with the ease of clean up.

Worked well for 2 yrs, 3 yrs short of CDN warranty

Worked well while it worked but died after 2 years - bottom contact pin ceased working and one of the lid opening buttons broke. These problems happened within 2 weeks of one another. The 5 year warranty costs more in shipping, your cost both ways, and hassle than just getting a new kettle (and the manufacturer knows it).

Q: The ground section (longest cyclindric part) of the electric plug broke. Do you have placing part ? Is it under warranty?

A: Unless you purchased extended warranty the limited purchase warranty is all you have. Check the warranty section in the manual, and make sure you have your receipt. Replacement parts from corporations are often more expensive than buying the whole product new.

Q: Had it for a year and it now turn on with blue lights and stops immediately and restart on and off. Will heat water and does not boil with bubbles anymore. Cleaned it with vinegar and clean the filter as per instructions inside manual but does not help
