Q: Do your on board battery status light up on the control panel
a year agoA: the battery status only lights up when you initially start it and then goes off. the battery goes down faster if you put in self- propelled mode and also depends on it you have it on slow or fast will drain the battery faster. all in all I love my unit. I would like to get extra battery, but it is pretty pricey at 300.00 not sure if the Canadian Tire battery that works on several brand names would work for this as it is not listed on name brands it can be used on. hope this helps p.s. the battery does not take long to charge less than an hour.

Q: I just purchased this mower today. Charging the battery and notice how loud the charging is. This has never happened with any other brand or battery charge before. Is this normal or a defect? Please advise. Thank you.

a year agoA: Apparently you need both batteries installed for the state of charge to work on the control panel,found this out on my own by purchasing an extra battery and insetting in the mower. Did not want to spend a lot of time on hold to come to the same conclusion.zthis should have been stated in the owners manual. Still love the mower.

Q: I just bought a green works cordless lawn mower when charging the 60v battery is the battery charged when the lights on the battery stop blinking? The light on the charger is still blinking does this keep blinking even if the battery is fully charged?
3 years agoA: When it’s fully charged there should be solid green light. No blinking. You can also check on the battery itself

Q: Can you sharpen the blades or do you have to replace them?
4 years agoA: Hello Ryguy - Lawn mower blades are built for durability and can usually be salvaged with regular sharpening. However, if you notice large dents and chips on the edge that are not smoothed out with a blade sharpener, it may be time to invest in new blades. It is best to keep an extra mower blade on hand. That way you can swap a fresh blade in when one needs to be sharpened. Keeping a rotation going will make sure each blade lasts a little longer.
