    Poor service

    I bought this lawnmower probably 5 years ago and use it only a few times a year. This year, it would not start at all. I replaced the battery as a precaution but still no go. The issue was a faulty Printed Circuit Board. They cost about $65 to replace but the Greenworks repair partner said no parts were available and never would be. I called Greenworks. Same story. They will NOT sell you this $65 part to fix their $700 lawnmower. I wrote to their head office. No response at all. This is just shameful behaviour for this multinational company. This has nothing to do with Canadian Tire but they sell and promote this product.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    picked this up this past summer for my mother's place to make it easy for her well the battery was a better option so far so good I have used it a few times with no problems except for the battery goes fast in turbo and. feel that it should last longer than it did so I'm still torn between gas and electric ....

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small front lawn and decent sized back yard and I was able to mow both without recharging the battery. The mower is light and easy to push, however it is not very self propelled. Good mower but could probably find a better value with another brand.

    Waste of time and money! I bought this yesterday and for $700 you would think this is a good product. The sales team raved about it so I got it. After charging the battery until it was full as indicated on the charger I started cutting the lawn. I used it for maybe 30 minutes max and during that it stopped working about 6 times so I would restart it and resume. After the 30 minutes it stopped and would not turn back on. The battery died. I was not using the "Turbo" mode nor was I using the self propelled mode so it should not have used the whole battery in that short of time when it says it should last an hour on 1 charge or equivalent to 1/2 an acre. Now I have the hassle of cleaning it and returning it. Very dissatisfied and will be getting a reliable gas mower instead.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
