Greenpan's Aluminum Non-Stick Open Frypan, measuring 26-cm, uses 3.5mm forged aluminum for even heating. Its Thermolon™ Diamond Advanced non-stick coating is heat resistant up to 426.6°C. The frypan is induction ready and oven safe up to 315.6°C, making it versatile for various cooking styles. The handle is made of high-quality stainless steel. With a 10" diameter, this frypan is a practical size for many recipes. Despite its robust construction, the product maintains Greenpan's signature elegant design.

Great pan, could be a bit larger to accommodate two grilled sandwiches though. I use a gas range so we will see how it performs! Cleans up beautifully! I hope that it holds up to years of use. Not abuse!
