Globe Electric Wi-Fi LED RGB Smart Strip Light, 5-m/16.4-ft

Bought today. Tried pairing with 3 different devices. No luck. Tried customer service for help, No luck there either. I’ll be returning them tomorrow and buying a different brand.

Couldn’t get the system to work wouldn’t sync with my wifi had four people try just wouldn’t work.

I was gifted these, I had previously gotten Globe lights before and I loved them. I was very disappointed when we set up the lights (correctly) and they refused to change colour. Only the white light worked. So we had to remove them after setting them up and return them. I hate to claim this but it feels like false advertising.

I'm very happy with these lights they are very bright and the app makes them very easy to use. Although it is impossible to change the colour without the app you can turn them off and on with a button attached to the lights which can be impractical if you put them high up. But the app has many features such as basics like turning them off and on and changing the colour swell as the brightness. It also has more advanced features like this option called "Mood" where you are able to create a sequence for the lights you could make it brighter and darker and change colours in all sorts of patterns and I find this pretty cool. and another cool feature it has is "Routine" where you can set times for the lights to turn on and off and what colours brightness or "Mood" to turn on at those times I find this feature to be very cool. the app is called Globe Suite if you want to check it out before you purchase the item. but the reason I only have 4 stars is the stickiness just isn't the best this could be because the surface I put it on isn't the smoothest but still. and also a tip if the lights aren't sticky at all when you peal the protection off you probably are peal the sticky part off. This happened to me but luckily I didn't pull it all the way off. to solve the problem of the lack of stickiness I used the screw holders that it comes with I didn't want to screw it in the wall so I just super glued the mounts on the wall you could also super glue the whole light bar but I decided to do what I did. I really enjoy my lights and hope that they last a long time.

I bought it a few days ago for a children's room. I installed it on the wall, and the next day they fell off. After installing again, two colors stopped working.
