great pocket knife

Classic Gerber quality, comfortable grip and razor sharp blade. Very light - blade is only 2 1/2 inch. textured handle only on one side (other is smooth metal, but allows to slide in pocket with clip easily)

The Gerber Kettlebell is a well-designed and built knife; large enough to be practical, and small enough to be practical. Excellent liner-lock, which contacts the full face of the blade section/ricasso. No blade wiggle here, solid lock-up. Finger choil is contoured for comfortable use. Blade is fairly thick , at 3.5 mm+. Wasn't very sharp out of the package; a few strokes with a Speedy Sharp fixed that. As another reviewer noted, the decorative scale (black side) is easily scratched by just removing it from the clam pack. I was able to get it on sale for $15 off, which made it a decent deal. This Gerber product in not made in USA. however.
