Your delivery service does not protect the item. A plush toy was left in the winter elements.

The product is fine but I had this delivered to my home and the product as you see it was left on my doorstep completely exposed. Thankfully I have a door cam and saw that it was delivered and retrieved it immediately. The delivery is what I take issue with and will never use this service again.
