Q: How big is the fan to inflate and can it be anchored from the base. Thanks

A: the fan is about 4 inches. the snowman has 4 anchors, 2 at the base and 2 about half way up. the anchors are on the left and right side, initially I thought they might not keep it down in high wind but its been OK so far.
