I think santa could have better fastener to attach to things or better instrutions and weight in the feet to hold down wards insted of blowing everywhere in the wind

Poorly designed!

After one day one of the grips that attaches to the eaves trough let go the stitching was inadequate and poorly done so I had to restock both hand grips using heavy fishing line.As well I had to stitch in weights in each foot because the wind kept blowing it up onto the roof as it was to lite.I had to continually get the ladder out and retrieve it from the roof!It now functions perfectly!!!

A: Canadian tire has you in the system and if you give them your name and approx month they can find you in the computer and will refund you without receipt
