The Garrison™ Photoelectric Smoke Alarm is a battery-operated smoke alarm with a 9-volt battery included. Photoelectric sensor technology will detect invisible fire particles associated with slow, smoldering fires and alert you with a loud 85-decibel alarm and a large, flashing LED light circle. The smoke alarm does not contain radioactive material and is harmless to the environment, and it will also remind you to change the battery when the low-battery indicator chirps. This alarm passed the newest UL 217 9th ed. Screws and anchors provided for easy installation.
