Latching mechanism gets stuck

I wouldn't have guessed I'd have anything bad to say about a door knob, but we found the latching mechanism of this knob gets stuck frequently, meaning the door will not latch. Given that it's the basic requirement for a door knob, it is disappointing.

No, I do not recommend this product.
