Works as expected

This was a replacement for an 20-year older solid brass set that began to malfunction and I couldn't find parts for. The quality difference of the solid brass unit was considerably better than this new one, but still OK. I imagine the price was different too. Installation took me a couple of hours because I had to ream out some of the existing holes in the door to fit the new parts. Once done, the parts came together easily. The instructions were clear. The unit came with a few optional parts which you use depending on the door and latch setup from the previous set. Works well once installed.

Deadbolt refund problem

The refund policy is really bad. Discourages me to buy from CT in future. The deadlock I bought was bad product and I spent 200cad for contractor who failed to install as the product is bad and screws mid aligned. CT does not refund but forced me to buy replacement and now I have to spend another 200cad to try install. I asked for store credit so I can spend on something else but not allowed. Wake up CT .

Replacement for broken Garrison handle

I only bought this because the current Garrison handle set broke in half and I did not want to drill another hole throught the door to accommodate a different make of handle set.
