Q: Hi, few days ago I bought these padlocks in an Canadian Tire store in London-ON. Now I have problems with one of them. It can’t open it and I can’t remove the key from the padlock. What can I do to open it?

A: I would recommend spraying some lubricant into the key slot to try and free it up. If the key is still stuck, the only option is to cut the lock off.
