Q: I’m going away on vacation and need to water my outside flowers. Can I set this for the same time every day to start and shut off while I’m away?

A: This timer has to be set every time before use. The only thing it does is shut off the water after the set amount of time. It’s just nice to have in case you forget about the sprinkler your lawn doesn’t get water for hours on end.

Q: Do you need to reset the timer everyday or can you set it up so the water turns on every morning at a specific time or 10minutes. Looking to use it to water my garden while I’m away.

A: You’d need to do it every day. You need a digital timer that is programmable across a number of days.
