I am a beginner, and Chrissy does a good job explaining the positions so you can relate which can be difficult watching a video vs a one-on-one. Chrissy goes a little fast for me sometimes, but I'm sure I will get better with practice as she points out several times.in the video. I like the way she breaks up the routines into three segments, so you can choose to continue or not after the 1st or 2nd. Chrissy is pleasing to listen to, and the setting is beautiful and relaxing. I am very happy with this purchase.

This yoga DVD is perfect for beginners. Definitely as it says. Its simple,basic, and very easy to follow. Not boring at all.

Great pace for beginners!

I am new to yoga and I love this video! Chrissy explains everything perfectly to follow along and it is really a great pace for beginners. I am hooked and getting more comfortable by the day. I will definitely be looking for more videos from Chrissy, she's great!

Good practice but too fast for beginners

I think that this video is good on content and clearly spoken but for me, a beginner, I feel that it is too fast. I wished that the practice was slower as she walks you through each move and breath. Once you are accustomed to the moves this would probably be fine but for a beginner I feel she moves too fast.

Chrissy has very detailed instruction and clear speech. The music is soft and the poses are very beneficial, I have been doing yoga for over 20 years, even tho this states beginner I'd say its worth the investment regardless of ones ability. It's all about difference, change and growth. These are sessions I've never seen put together.
