Great mat, thin making it easy and light to carry yet still is cushiony and comfortable with good gripping ability for even a sweaty practice. I love the pattern and markings which make it super easy to always know the back snd front of the mat when laying it out for practice. I also get lots of compliments on the mat and agree with the good comments- this mat is excellent value for money and has made my yoga practice much more enjoyable
