Wireless phone charger

This charging pad is virtually useless. I tried three different phones on it. Each phone was on the pad for at least 10 hours and the battery charge indicator had barely moved on any of them. I finally returned it for a refund

A: I had the same flashing alternate blue and red lights with no charging when my lg velvet phone was in its case but it charged okay if I took it out of the case
