Works Great, except if it is parked when the wind is coming from behind the vehicle. I tried the ones in the door, they leak water inside if it rains. And the magnetic ones will move in high wind and scratch your paint.

A: Presume will fit your Honda Civic as has 3 different positions and it works great on my 2014 Toyota Highlander. I appreciate the fact that it is so light weight as I am a senior and do not light heavy/awkward items to fuss with.
