Do not buy. Worst ever.

I usually never write reviews for products, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time to help other customers.
Do not buy this product. It started leaking after just 5 months of use. The issue appears to be that the water supply valve does not close properly. I have contacted the manufacturer for warranty service, but I am uncertain whether they will honor it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I have bought 2 this year. 1 for at home which I love and works great. The other for work and it has issues.
The ice freezes to the bottom and together when sitting in the ice compartment. I have to unplug and clean it all out to start fresh again. Within 1 day it is frozen to the bottom again. it is very frustrating and now way to control the temperature. I don't leave the cold water on either as I thought that was the problem, but it is not.

The hot water feature is nice but it's really only enough for one person. The icecube maker is convenient, however the compartment is not cold so you have to have it on all the time to keep ice because it melts.
