I have bought 2 this year. 1 for at home which I love and works great. The other for work and it has issues.
The ice freezes to the bottom and together when sitting in the ice compartment. I have to unplug and clean it all out to start fresh again. Within 1 day it is frozen to the bottom again. it is very frustrating and now way to control the temperature. I don't leave the cold water on either as I thought that was the problem, but it is not.

The hot water feature is nice but it's really only enough for one person. The icecube maker is convenient, however the compartment is not cold so you have to have it on all the time to keep ice because it melts.

Better than expected with the info provided. Water jug is top mounted, it makes ice cubes every 7 minutes and has sensors to stop the ice making and good hot and cold water. I wish it had better colours and design but thats not impacting its performance.
